le.am asezat la foc mic vreo e ore ..acoperită cratiță cu folie..<br />
le.am servit cu piure si cu iubire..<br />
Zi binecuvîntată sa aveti si pofta buna<br />

antioxidanti (fenol, arome volatile) care impiedica distrugerea
celulelor si, implicit, declansarea unor boli, iar acidul colorgenic
reduce concentratia de glucoza. Un consum de pana la 3 cesti de cafea pe
zi se pare ca reduce riscul afectiunilor cardiovasculare.<br /><br /><strong>Cofeina</strong>,
principalul element din compozitia bobului de cafea, stimuleaza
sistemul nervos, creste activitatea intelectuala, reduce temporar starea
de oboseala si favorizeaza digestia, stimuland activitatea aparatului
excretor.<br /><br />Actioneaza asupra tubului respirator si este un bun
remediu impotriva durerilor de cap si a migrenelor pentru ca dilateaza
vasele de sange.<br /><br />Cofeina nu se regaseste insa numai in cafea, ci
este o componenta importanta a ceaiului, a ciocolatei, dar si a
bauturilor racoritoare sau energizante, precum si a unor medicamente
pentru combaterea durerilor de cap, racelilor ori alergiilor. Cantitatea
de cofeina din cafea variaza foarte mult, in functie de tipul acesteia
(cafea pentru filtru sau solubila, tare sau slaba).<br /><br />Studiile de
specialitate arata ca nivelul mic de cofeina continut intr-o ceasca de
cafea imbunatateste puterea de decizie si viteza de reactie, in timp ce
cantitati mai mari (2-3 mg/ kg din greutatea corporala) determina o mai
buna rezistenta la efort fizic. Prin imbunatatirea performantelor,
vigilentei si promptitudinii, cofeina din cafea scade nivelul de
depresie si anxietate, precum si riscul de suicid.<br /><br />Aceasta se
absoarbe rapid si se elimina la fel de repede din organism; intr-un
interval de 3-6 ore se reduce la jumatate cantitatea aflata in sange.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial;">Pe langa
beneficiile unui consum moderat, cafeaua are si contraindicatii. Astfel,
cei cu afectiuni precum hepatita cronica, ciroza, ulcer gastric sau
duodenal, <a href="http://www.farmaciata.ro/sanatatea-barbatului/item/139-guta-boala-celor-bogati">guta</a>, nevroza, dureri de cap, hipertensiune arteriala si enterocolita cronica ar fi bine sa evite consumul de cafea.<br />De
asemenea, cafeaua nu este recomandata copiilor, adolescentilor si mai
ales femeilor in perioada menopauzei si postmenopauzei, pentru ca
favorizeaza osteoporoza.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial;">Cafeaua si cancerul</span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Arial;">Studiile
stiintifice nu au confirmat pana acum ca un consum de cafea pe o
perioada indelungata ar putea provoca aparitia cancerului.<br /><br />Dimpotriva,
exista dovezi potrivit carora cafeaua ar avea un efect pozitiv - în
functie de doza - asupra cancerului colorectal, posibil datorita
reducerii acizilor bilei.</span><br />
<h2>
<span style="font-family: Arial;">Cafeaua si sarcina</span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Arial;">Consumata cu
moderatie, cofeina nu are efecte asupra fertilitatii sau conceptiei si
nici asupra ducerii saricinii la termen cu bine. Totusi, femeile
insarcinate care beau cafea tind sa devina agitate si nervoase.<br />In
plus, cofeina nu are nici o valoare nutritiva si favorizeaza pierderea
calciului, un nutrient deosebit de important pentru o sarcina sanatoasa.
Unele studii au aratat ca 300 mg pe zi de cofeina pot creste riscul de
pierdere a sarcinii. Prin urmare, pentru a fi sigure ca veti purta
sarcina fara incidente deosebite, e bine sa reduceti consumul de
cofeina.</span><br />

Εκτέλεση</h3>

<li>Βράζετε τις πατάτες και τις αφήνετε να
στραγγίσουν πάρα πολύ καλά απ’ τα υγρά τους μέσα σε ένα σουρωτήρι. Είναι
σημαντικό και για την υφή και για τη γεύση της σκορδαλιάς, να μην έχουν
νερά. (Αν θέλετε, τις πλένετε και τις βράζετε με τη φλούδα για να μην
τραβήξουν νερό καθώς βράζουν και τις ξεφλουδίζετε στη συνέχεια).</li>
<li>Ρίχνετε
στο μούλτι το ελαιόλαδο, λίγο αλάτι και το σκόρδο και τα πολτοποιείτε.
Μόλις στεγνώσουν οι πατάτες και κρυώσουν τόσο ώστε να μπορείτε να τις
πιάνετε (όχι περισσότερο για να μπορούν να ανακατευτούν ωραία), τις
κομματιάζετε και τις ρίχνετε σε ένα ευρύχωρο μπολ. Προσθέτετε το μείγμα
ελαιόλαδου-σκόρδου και λίγο ξίδι και πατάτε με το εργαλείο του πουρέ ή
ένα πιρούνι να ανακατευτούν.</li>
<li>Δοκιμάζετε και διορθώνετε τη
γεύση ανάλογα τα γούστα σας. Συμπληρώνετε δηλαδή ελαιόλαδο, αλατάκι και
ξίδι (που τη νοστιμίζει πολύ), εφόσον χρειάζονται, και πατάτε πάλι με
το εργαλείο του πουρέ ή ένα πιρούνι να γίνει το μείγμα ομοιογενές.</li>

<li>2 κουταλάκια κανέλα σκόνη</li>
<li>ζάχαρη άχνη για πασπάλισμα (προαιρετικά)</li>

Εκτέλεση</h3>
<ol>
<li>Σε μια κατσαρόλα βράζετε το γάλα με τη
ζάχαρη χωρίς να φουσκώσει. Προσθέτετε το σιμιγδάλι, χαμηλώνετε τη φωτιά
και ανακατεύετε μέχρι να πήξει η κρέμα.</li>
<li>Κατεβάζετε την
κρέμα από την φωτιά και αφού μισοκρυώσει ρίχνετε μέσα τα αυγά χτυπημένα
με το μπέικιν, το βούτυρο, το ανθότυρο και λίγη κανέλα. Ανακατεύετε πολύ
καλά.</li>
<li>Προθερμαίνετε το φούρνο στους 180ο C. Βουτυρώνετε
ένα μεγάλο ταψί και στρώνετε τα 2 φύλλα της σφολιάτας ώστε να καλυφτεί ο
πάτος και τα πλαινά. Απλώνετε από πάνω την κρέμα και ψήνετε τη
γαλατόπιτα 1 ώρα περίπου, στους 180ο C, αφού την σκεπάσετε με
αλουμινόχαρτο.</li>
<li>Προς το τέλος του ψησίματος ξεσκεπάζετε
και ψήνετε μέχρι να ροδίσει. Βγάζετε την πίτα από τον φούρνο και μόλις
μισοκρυώσει την πασπαλίζετε με ζάχαρη άχνη (προαιρετικά) και κανέλα.<br />

grija sa nu-l prajesti prea tare. Adauga doua cesti si jumatate de apa,
ia-l de pe foc si acopera-l. Lasa-l sa stea asa cinci minute, amesteca

Se sareaza, pipereaza, daca va place puteti pune si ierburi aromate, se
dau prin faina alba si se prajesc in ulei bine incins.<br />
Se servesc cu cartofi prajiti, natur, orez..legume ce va place. Si neaparat cu lamaie.<br />
Eu am facut cartofi natur dar uite cum..am fiert cartofii cu ulei..sare si putina ceapa data prin mixer.. <br />

e un adevarat deliciu care se prepara usor atat in propria bucatarie,
cat si pe gratar, la o iesire la iarba verde alaturi de prieteni.
Indiferent de metoda de coacere pe care o alegi, citeste in continuare
cum sa faci cel mai bun <strong>porumb copt</strong> pe care l-ai gustat
pana acum. Coacerea porumbului ii pastreaza boabele moi si suculente,
asa ca vei descoperi o aroma care iti aminteste de copilarie si zile
lipsite de griji, totul fara prea mult efort. In plus, iti recomandam si
o reteta rapida pentru un unt aromat care va transforma porumbul copt
intr-o gustare absolut surprinzatoare!

Sunt multe moduri in care poti prepara <strong>porumb copt cu unt</strong>,
il poti introduce direct in jar pastrand cateva din frunzele in care e
invelit, il poti face pe gratar, intr-o tigaie tip grill pe aragaz sau
direct in cuptor, insa noi iti recomandam o reteta versatila care se
preteaza la toate metodele de coacere. <br />
<br />
Mai intai, asigura-te ca alegi corect stiuletii de porumb pe care ii vei
folosi pentru coacere. Sfatul nostru este sa zdrobesti cateva boabe cu
varful degetului, iar daca ele contin un miez laptos, inseamna ca
porumbul este numai bun pentru gatit. De asemenea, frunzele ar trebui sa
fie de un verde intens si atasate ferm de capatul stiuletelui de
porumb.

Aduna ingredientele pe care le vei folosi. Pentru 4 portii, ai nevoie de:<br />
<br />
- 4 stiuleti de porumb;<br />
- 4 bucati de folie de aluminiu, suficient de mari incat sa poata fi infasurate in jurul porumbului;<br />
- 100 gr unt la temperatura camerei;<br />
- un sfert de lingurita de busuioc, oregano, cimbru, maghiran uscat (alege ierburile aromatice care iti plac cel mai mult!)<br />
- o jumatate de lingurita de usturoi pudra sau un catel de usturoi dat pe razatoarea fina;<br />
- jumatate de lingurita de sare.

Mod de preparare:</h2>
- Incinge bine gratarul, tigaia grill sau cuptorul la 180 grade sau pe
treapta de gaz 5-6. Scapa de frunzele si matasea bucatilor de porumb.<br />
- Intre timp, poti adauga ierburile aromatice si usturoiul peste unt,
amestecandu-le intr-un bol pana cand untul capata consistenta unui
piure. Asezoneaza apoi amestecul cu sare.<br />
- Inveleste cate o bucata de porumb in folia de aluminiu, toarna 2-3
linguri de unt peste porumb, apoi sigileaza bine marginile. Pentru o
acoperire uniforma, ar fi ideal sa ii ungi cu amestecul de unt folosind o
pensula de patiserie.<br />
- Introdu porumbul la cuptor sau pune-l pe gratar si intoarce-l din cand
in cand, pentru a te asigura ca este copt uniform. Timpul total de
coacere este de 30-35 de minute, insa noi iti recomandam sa verifici
consistenta boabelor dupa aproximativ 25 de minute. Acestea ar trebui sa
fie moi, si iti vei da seama daca l-ai tinut prea mult daca stiuletele
devine flexibil.<br />
- Daca pregatesti porumbul copt cu ajutorul gratarului, muta-l pentru
ultimele 15 minute de coacere de pe flacara pe marginea gratarului,
pentru a nu-l carboniza.<br />

Se separa ouale, se bate albusul spuma bine, se pune zaharul cu apa la foc mic pina se face sirop apoi se toarna fierbinte peste albus batind cu mixerul cam 1 minut, peste se pune uleiul si se bate, se pun galbenusurile si se bate, apoi praful de copt dizolvat si faina amestecind pina se omogenizeaza.<br /><br />Se unge o forma cu unt sau margarina si se toarna compozitia...se da la foc normal 30 40 de min in functie cde cuptor..<br /></div>
